Here is an easy way to make festive napkins. Cut 17″ circles from a piece of fabric that looks the same on both sides. Serge around the outside, then cut them in half. (If you don’t have a serger, sew two circles right sides together, then cut them in half and turn them right side out. You will have to finish the raw edges.)
