Garden Party Pictures!

This happy quilt features your favorite fabric or panel in the center and surrounds it with pretty fabrics to grow your garden. Ideal for beginners. Gather your pretty floral fabrics and have a party! Finishes approx 69" x 87".

I have to admit, I was a little worried about this mystery because it was so easy. But everyone has been kind and seems to have enjoyed the whole thing. I am going to leave this mystery free so you can do it again next time you need a quick quilt. The pattern is very detailed so it would be great for a beginner. It’s still free – just fill in the form at the bottom of the page.

  1. That is pretty. It reminds me of a country estate garden, plotted out just so. I hit a snag with my fat quarters having folds that I can’t get out. Have tried vinegar, with and without water, and heavily starched. Nope, still there. Someone recommended wrinkle release today, so I will buy that tomorrow while I am out and about. If that doesn’t work, my garden is just going to have to have small stitches in it for the rain to run off. Note to self, don’t leave fat quarters or other fabric folded tight for years.

  2. Thank you. I have made mine, but did not get the email link for the final step, so I made up the outer borders. Plus, I had to piece my panel together, was not the size in directions and had 4 smaller blocks that I put with the center focus piece. I did not pay good enough attention to the instructions in an earlier step, so I have an additional inner border piece. It is all good, and was fun.
